Dec. 1st – waffles

 This morning I told myself “it is December 1st so my story has to be about the advent countdown beginning or even the elf’s arrival”…. but the kids were more focused on the advent’s candy than the meaning and the elf is MISSING! 😳

Today I decided to allow the story to be told as it happened. I had an impromptu lunch with a new friend who has quickly become a best friend. Today’s story is about those new blessings in my life being shared over waffles.
